Baked Corn

Baked Corn
1 can (15.25 oz) of whole kernal corn, drained
1 can (14.75 oz) of cream style corn
1 8oz package of cream cheese
3/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs beaten
1 box of dry corn muffin mix

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Soften the cream cheese. Pour both of the cans of corn in to a bowl. Add the butter and cornmeal to the corn. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam and pour the mixture in. Bake for 45 minutes.

Here's how I did it:

#1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

#2 Add both the whole kernal and cream style cans of corn to the bowl.



#3 Add the butter and the cornmeal mix.



#4 Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and put the mixture in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Review:

This dish was awesome! The corn muffin mix along with the corn kernals and cream cheese tasted sweet and it was a great change. Scott has asked for this a couple of times since I initially made it. He really, really liked it.

I will definitely be making this dish again!
