Herbed Potatoes

Herbed Potatoes Recipe:

6 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
Cooking oil

Directions: Mix potatoes with herbs and cook in oil until tender.

Here's how I did it:
#1 I peeled, washed and diced about 5-6 potatoes.

#2 I covered it with parsley, basil and minced onion. I also threw in some olive oil and mixed it altogether.

#3 I put some vegetable oil in a pan, just enough to cover the bottom, and put the potatoes in to cook. I covered the potatoes so they would soften up.

The Finished Product:

These potatoes were nice and crispy. They had a great herbed flavor to them.
